Shipping and Returns

In most cases, all goods in the same order are delivered simultaneously. The exception is goods that out of stock.
OUT OF STOCK
If some goods in the same order are not available, such goods will be sent as soon as they appear with us, with no additional payment for their delivery is required. Most often it occurs within 1-5 working days for orders in Vilnius and Lithuania and up to 30 working days for orders outside of Lithuania.

Processing and shipping of the order is carried out immediately after receiving the money, except for orders, what can be delivery by courier personally in the hands in Vilnius (pay by cash on courier hand).

All products in our shop are certified and inspected for proper quality before shipping to the buyer.
You can return any unused goods within 14 days after receiving the order, using the goods return form on the back of the bill of lading.
Postal charges are paid by the sender and are not reimbursed (this condition does not violate any statutory rights).

The item must be returned within 14 days in a new and unused condition with the original tags kept. Otherwise we can accept the goods without refunding its value or refunding its value at the current or last selling price.
After delivery of the returned goods to the warehouse, its value will be automatically transferred to the credit card (PayPal account or Bank account) that was used to pay for the order. This procedure can take to 28 days.
